We begin with an Initial Session.
First-time clients and I use this time – approximately 90 minutes – getting to know each other and outlining a plan with forward momentum.

What Comes Next
Once we have a plan (as outlined in the Initial Session), we can continue with Regular Sessions. These are about 50 minutes each.
We use this time to focus on the issues you’ve chosen to address and tackle them one by one. I offer tools and teach techniques specific to your areas of interest. These will be practiced in sessions and applied at home, helping you to get unstuck and joyfully thrive.
